ilvl 90 Mythology head piece is meant to be blue, but for some reason on Miqo'te (both male and female) this is showing as black.
Works fine on other races.

Certainly not an isolated occurrence. Just purchased my Sorcerer's Petasos and it is the wrong model, showing up instead as the Wizard's Petasos. I'm a male miqote
