Had an issue with my veteran rewards. GM Mouriveha reviewed my ticket chain, was super pleasant to work with, and pretty much made my night. Just wanted to drop in and say thank you so much for the support I received tonight! Keep it up! (^_^)v

It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
