When you click on the NPC Laraina to receive the weekly EX Primals Quest "Primal Focus" you can see the rotating quest icon but clicking it does nothing.
Please resolve this, as we are unable to initiate the quest to receive our weekly primal weapon.
Coeurl is suffering too. Has been for a while. I hope both our servers get fixed soon.

In order for me to submit your report, I will need some more information. You can go Here and you can find templates for Windows and PS3 that represent the kind of details we need. Once you can provide such information we can move forward and resolve this issue. For now I am going to move this thread into Insufficient Information.
