Weapon Throw? (MNK/DRG)

Does anyone have/use this skill? Thoughts on it?

I keep wondering if I'm missing some fantastic skill with this one, there are times where I wish I had it mid-match, but it just looks very weak when reading it in text form. Weak may be the wrong word- but unreliable is accurate. As a one point skill it doesn't feel useful enough in terms of potency or effect compared to the other pvp skills, and the fact that even talented with the extra point, it still maxes at 40% chance to add heavy when hit from behind... it just doesn't seem reliable enough to... rely on.

Does anyone have anything nice to say about this skill?

I feel like the tool tip is slightly wrong, initially it says it has a 20% chance of applying Heavy on a target when dealt from behind, but every time I have used it from behind it has Negated Sprint and applied Heavy 100% of the time. The enhance version also says something like effect potency increased to 40% rather than chance potency(w/e) increased to 40%.

Potential combos that could ensure the rid of Sprint and the application of Heavy:
Steel Peek -> Weapon Throw
Shoulder Tackle -> Weapon Throw
Any other CC -> Weapon Throw

This is so that you have a little leeway to get behind and throw. However, this is not always the case because you may be trying to save your stun for interrupts or trying to avoid building DR.

Also, please note that the back of a character is wider the further away you are.

I think Shoulder Tackle -> Weapon Throw is a pretty awesome idea. Gets you close to the target, and then removes sprint and applies weight.
