Looking to start up a FC / LS.

Hello, I have playing with the idea of starting up my own FC & LS. Personally, I have been on many FC's that posted on here promising progression, activity, and a fun community to be around and then get stuck on their brand new 4th or 5th static team that raids once a week. I have raided for nearly 10 years with wow, bc, wotlk, swtor and so on.

Raiders:

I am looking for 8 people to focus on progression as SE releases new content. The raid times will be from 7-10pm cst and at least 4 times a week with having 75% attendance rating. Willing to be patient, positive, and dedicated to making the most out of your character. Prior experience will not be a requirement but it will be a great benefit in joining this team.
