yesterday i've tried to connect and i had a weird message telling me that i have to get an activation code or that i had to buy the game first , i have been playing since pre-order and i have 4 class to level 50 , at first i tought it was a conection bug and that it would be checked today but it stills show the same message

After you log in go to the Mog station it should all be there. Maybe you just paid for a month and didnt do auto renewal or something?
i paid for 3 months i still have up to the 23 before account goes out and it doesnt tell me that my account needs to be paid its really as if my account never would have existed
hmm, well the games been out for about 3 months right? maybe those extra 18 days are free days but they dont let you use them unless there is a form of payment?
Like those "free credit reports" the credit reports are free but you dont get it for free unless u sign up for there service?
ive paid for it already it has been taken off my credit card they cant close my account before the end of the payment
and we could play for free the first month and paid after that to continue playing
hmm what does it say in the history section of the account, like previous ammounts deducted from your credit card and when it happened and everything? It would help more if it was possible to take screenies so I could see what it looks like to you. but it sounds like something u would want to call SE about.

yes, but its pretty rare, and even if they do there probably gonna tell u the same thing to just contact customer service.
SE has a IM support if you dont wana call them and actually talk to someone.
