Beastman Daily quest is not resetting for me

Character name: Astraeus Duskbringer
Server: Sargatanas

I am not really sure what is teh issue here but I think I am unable to finish the quest "Fungal Foulness". and my allowance has not re-set since Jan,03- Jan, 05

please help :(

Edit: OK problem is sovled now. I figured out the problem I had. I have accepted the Fungal Foulness quest but it was not displayed in my Journal and I could not locate the mobs needed to be killed. I kept searching the area until I found the marked mobs at location 28:12 and 29:12 in East Shroud. when I killed them the quest was cleared and my allowance is back.
