Level Sync not enough for 30 and 40 PVP

As it stands now even though level 50's are sync'd down their il90 gear still reigns supreme in low level pvp and allows them to destroy the players of those actual levels.

The level sync needs adjusted down to stats on level 30 or 40 gear and put everyone on the same level or just don't allow level 50's to queue into low level pvp.

or......maybe you should try wearing full level appropriate gear for the tier you are queueing for. In the 30 queue? maybe all your gear should be atleast 30
