My group wiped on the Atmos fight in crystal tower, and after recovering and running back, the fight had not reset properly, locking us all out.
Detail:
1. Group A had 3 adds out
2. Group A killed their Atmos
3. Group A got wiped by their adds
4. The giants came out and wiped all other groups
In the image you can see the barrier still active, the one atmos dead, super adds still up, and everybody locked out.

In order for me to submit your report, I will need some more information. You can go Here and you can find templates for Windows and PS3 that represent the kind of details we need. Once you can provide such information we can move forward and resolve this issue. For now I am going to move this thread into Insufficient Information. You will not be able to reply, so once you have gathered the requested data please create a new bug report thread.
