How many months before Odin & Behemoth are working correctly?

It's well past frustrating that these fates are STILL broken. I've managed to gather 2 behemoth horns and a single Odin mantle after many attempts. Tonight's pop on Excalibur resulted in the majority of people present 90k disconnecting, recieving zero rewards for the fight...then he popped again (can only assume due to server reset on crash)... and 90ked everyone AGAIN. After a third server death, Odin popped again, this time he was downed and once again I was only able to get bronze even though I was on him from the time he popped, to death.

It seems like it's well past the point that these enemies should just be removed and implemented in a way that isn't going to kill the server, disconnect people, and frustrate hundreds at once.
