PvP Duty Finder 90k issue

Steps:
1. Started up the Duty Finder
2. Got a group and accepted
3. Bid my hello to the group
4. The match began
5. Ran out, and began to engauge
6. After a few attacks I would get the 90k error
7. I would try to log back in and it would say i was still logged in (3102 i think)
8. I would cancel and try again
9. I would be placed in a queue with some insane negative number (-31,206)
10. I would cancel again and re-queue again and finally be able to log in
11. Two of the three times I was so long to get back in I received a 30min penalty for leaving the match, the other time I was quick enough and my party stayed alive long enough that I came back in to die again.
