Having issues with using my registration pre-key from cd

I looked into multiple forum posts, and searched the support website for a few days now, and the only thing that keeps coming up is that the following site that I need:

Is not working.

Is there a way around this where I can use the CD product key, and where I can still use it to play the came with my existing account please and thank you.

If it's the one I think you are talking about, it was just for accessing the game prior to the official launch (we had to register separate keys for each phase--one for Beta4, one for Early Access, and one final one for official launch). After our initial time granted with the Beta/EA codes expired, everyone had to apply their normal registration key to continue with their same characters.

So, what you need is your official launch code, not your early access code.

[Edit:] Clicked the link out of curiosity... says it's down for maintenance. Not sure if they just did that to block people trying to use those codes, or if the registrations systems are actually down atm. It's not uncommon for them to be inaccessible for a while around maintenance windows, and we just had a rough patch of them as they are trying to resolve some server side issues.

So I'm afraid the two rewards (mog cap and cait sith doll minion) are now unobtainable.

However, entering your CD key in order to be able to activate the game should still work just fine - just install the game, run it, let it patch, and it should give you the option to enter it from there.
Otherwise, go to Mog Station (http://sqex.to/Msp) and take it from there.

It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
