<Hope> Semi-Hardcore end game FC Recruiting

Hope is looking to recruit a few able-bodied players. We're a small FC (and looking to stay that way) that has cleared all end-game content.

We will consider any capable players that are interested, but are primarily looking to recruit the jobs requested above. Turn 5 experience is preferred, but not required. We don't mind gearing up/teaching less progressed players as long as they can handle themselves and their role. We schedule raids for a few nights a week, usually one or two weeknights for Turns 1-5. We do schedule raids for other times (Primals, etc), but attendance isn't as important for these and occur based on player activity and interest. Our most active times, and also raiding times, will be between 7pm-12am EST.

If you're a capable player looking to clear end game content with a similarly decent group of people, feel free to reply, or contact myself, Super Qazzi, or Moro Parses in game.

What days exactly do you guys raid?

The usual Coil days are Tuesday and Wednesday, but that is based on the availability of the people in the groups, it changes depending on what days work best for everyone.

Thank you to all interested parties, the slots have been filled, I'll update this thread as positions open.

After reassessing our status over the last week there is now an opening in our second Turn 5 coil group. The description of our FC and raid times remains the same as in the first post, we've cleared Turn 5 repeatedly and are looking for decent players looking for a small guild that can capably handle end-game content.

Our current permanent opening is for a tank in our second Turn 5 group (WAR or PLD).

However, if you are not a tank, but are a good player that believes they can handle Turn 5/Extremes (some experience is helpful) but do not have a FC capable of doing so then feel free to contact us. We are considering starting a third Turn 5 group (which means we'd be interested in any job), but we do not want to do so unless we're sure we can put together 8 capable people from a combination of the FC and new recruits. We're trying to keep our core small and without excessive overflow. Our general policy is to distribute any new or less experienced players between the raiding groups so that a majority of players in all groups have Turn 5 kill experience. This ensures that newer players have capable people around them to provide (friendly) advice, and that a Turn 5 kill is guaranteed for all groups each week. Additionally, this way there is no stacking/isolation of Group 1 (and avoids "Group 1 = best group" mentalities), and all groups will have an equal distribution of experienced/inexperienced players.

Thank you to all interested parties, recruiting for group 2 and 3 is currently closed. I'll update this thread when we find out if we have an extra slot or two available somewhere.

Recruitment has been reopened. We are looking for 1 BRD, 1 SUM and 1 MNK or Tank for Turn 5 groups. This means if you get recruited to fill these slots you will be in a FC group killing Turn 5 with us next week. We will entertain other interested applicants/jobs, but slots in Turn 5 groups are not as guaranteed. Unless you kill Qazzi for me. Then you can have like, all of our stuff.

Moro and Qazzi are online the most frequently, but I'm usually on around 8pm EST.
