everyone knows housing right now is a bust thus far as nobody can afford them. at first I didn't mind the high prices but after seeing 2.1 and the crash on the markets at least on my server and the almost little to no way to have a money making niche in any market I am looking forward to seeing the prices drop. that being said an idea for housing I had when and if it becomes affordable and worth obtaining is.
How about allowing a message board on the property somewhere to advertise your FC for ppl to apply to it as well as a listing on said msg board listing an FCs achievments as far as dungeon/primal/other content as its released and completed for all to see. seems like a good way to advertise your FC.

It's just that the players/companies who can afford them either don't want to buy the houses or are just biding their time because in a few weeks the prices will be much, much lower. No one stays rich spending all their money on one item.Quote:
