I have a couple of things to comment on here, just to suggest.
I do notice that you are leading off with sprint and fetter ward, well done, this way you don't waste shoulder tackle.
I noticed in 50%+ of your matches you didn't have a stance on.
I noticed you don't seem to be using One Ilm Punch at all, this skill is very important.
Using Dragon Kick without at least one stack of Greased Lightning doesn't apply the debuff to the enemy(unless you have perfect balance up.)
I would use One Ilm punch more than Twin Snakes, alternating it with One Ilm punch every other rotation.
Too much tunnel vision. People Fail in PvP cause they train too much, you have better pressure if you switch after 2-3 stuns whilst still keeping your GL3 running. As a MRD I always go Healer > DPS > then back to healer while he is busy healing the DPS and when he starts realizing he has to heal himself stun him and finish him off.
And as other's have stated One Ilm punch till you get Protect, Adlo shield, Regen off your target is priority. Also your Dragon Kick, GL buff will not apply if you do nil damage aka when a Stoneskin, Adlo shield is up.
About one ilm punch, im only use for clear adloquium,some times protect,but i never seen a realy good reason for use,cause true strike in this update stay realy brute. WHM can replace regen instant,so i prefer do more damage.
About train, in the begin i'm shine with this,now, its realy hard win with this strategy.

Healer Zerg don't work anymore. Get a competent tank that knows how to save stun and use it to cause more pressure stay on the Healer, while you roll over their DPS. Cause if you Zerg the healer he is just going to Attunement it out. While Fairy heals him.
Actually, its the Opo Opo stance that allows you to apply the debuff. Not only that if the player pops blood for blood, spamming 1 inch punch will get it removed, If you understand that skill. They do more damage, but they also take 25% damage onto themselves. It's not the kind of skill I want to remove if I'm trying to down them asap.
