There are about 10 people standing at the location with the same problem. Others stating the problem has been going on for at least 4 hours.

Steps:
I was attempting to complete the "Rock of Rancor" quest from the main story questline. I travelled to 17 28, used the quest item "firesand stick" at the appropriate spot, and 5 "Humming Crystal" appeared nearby. I could interact and obtain 4 of them. I could not obtain the 5th. I can target it, but upon right-clicking nothing happens.

Many others are nearby complaining of the same problem.
