how to use your fairy in 2.1?

Been on whm a while now but SCH was my first healer to 50. Haven't touched it in a while and since the annouced 2.1 modifications, I got curious about SCH.

What's the general concensus on heel vs place vs various stances ?

Since macros are viable now(?), do you have Eos obey and you do everything manually ?

What are efficient macros to make micro managing as painless as possible ? Do you insert Embrace in physick/adlo macros ?
