I've seen this bug mentioned before on Reddit, but not here. On very very rare occasions, using Cover will cause you to take massive damage. This happened to me today with Clockwork bugs, which normally hit me for about 200, were hitting me for over 5000 per swing after using Cover. I have read of people taking over 25000 damage in one hit.

In order for me to submit your report, I will need some more information. You can go Here and you can find templates for Windows and PS3 that represent the kind of details we need.
