Using low level Duty Roulette as a geared 50

Hi!

1) How is your geared scaled down if you're using the low level DR when you're a 50 with an average ilvl of say 75. Is it scaled down to what is that dungeon's level and gives you best item stats for that level?

2) How is exp scaled/changed if you're doing a low level DR? Again, as an example let's take a 40lvl character getting into a 24lvl dungeon through LLDR. Do you get any extra exp (since your exp requirements are way higher to advance to 41lvl than the lower amounts of exp you used to get in a 24lvl dungeon) for using the roulette?

1) You'll probably be just at the dungeon max level's stat cap then.

2) Your level gets to the scale of the dungeon. You'll get XP according to a character of that level. That'd probably be lv.26 in your example.

2) So you don't get any bonus exp as a higher lvl charater doing lower levels? I wish even though your lvl is scaled down you would still get according exp to your real level :/ I guess using roulette if you're still leveling isn't very efficient then.

you get about 150 k as a bonus for doing roulette 1 time every day, no matter the dungeon level

That's what the roulette bonus is for -- to make up for the lower XP while in the dungeon with an extra XP bonus at the end of it.

I was getting like 1/2 my TNL just from the roulette bonus at the end of a dungeon run when I was xp'ing my SMN in the 40's. The roulette bonus is always based on your class's actual level.

You can queue up for whatever the highest level dungeon available to your class is and still get great XP just from the enemy kills.

Let's say the roulette bonus depends on the character level. the Exp from monsters is strictly related to the dungeon level. That's why to get Sastasha, TamTara or the likes is a doom. Aurum Vale monsters pay 2K XP for example.That's why it seems we get an huge difference in bonus. Which we actually do, but not in the bonus, in the XP farming with mobs.

Anything beats farming FATE's for hours on end, especially now that they go pretty slow unless the zone is absolutely jam packed full of people.... I'll take the Duty Roulette bonus any day over FATE grinding.

Well something is wrong about scaling.
Why use the roulette if < lv 50 grinding exp once done with the daily bonus (except if you're a tank, the most predominant needed class on every roulette, extra bonus) if the amount we get downscaled is not growing accordingly? :confused:

There's really no point. The best XP you'll be able to get is from doing a level appropriate dungeon once you've gotten your XP bonus for the day. The problem is the roulette pops pretty fast, but will more often than not dump you in a low level dungeon, versus the long queue time for a higher level dungeon with better XP.
