Some recommendations on how to fix CT.

Hi SE dev team. I have some thoughts on Crystal Tower and how I, personally, think some problems should be addressed.

1.) Far too much loot that you could possibly need just hits the floor. I propose having your party's loot from all encounters be in a collective "Loot Pool" at the end of the raid so that you can choose what you would like to lot on, should you decide to use your weekly lot. Far too much gear people can use goes to waste in anticipation of what "may" drop in later bosses.
2.) This is a personal problem but because of point number 1. I simply cannot just spam CT. The pugs or other two alliances are are generally the most dimwitted individuals I've ever met in my life. So honestly i'd like to be able to get my drop and get out.

3.) I expect this to be implemented in the near future, but let us queue in with 24 man premades. It's painful to go in with pugs. I realize that Pugs need people with experience to help out and explain encounters so that they can get better. But people just blatantly don't listen and are bad. Explaining the mechanics 3 times for every single encounter so people can finally sink it into their thick skulls is getting a little rediculous.

Fun fact : you can bypass the character limit by simply editing more text in after you post your comment rather than breaking it into diff posts.

Also, everyone knows CT loot system sucks. I hope it's changed too, but there are already many topics on this particular subject.
