ports for netgear nigthawk

What ports can I use for netgear nighthawk?

I have this router and have not had to do anything special for ports. In fact, the router works very well with this game as is.

Well I've been getting major lag spikes lately especially in boss fights. I'm not sure if it's comcast of ffxiv but I would be fighting and then everyone just stops and then goes again I want to try to verify if it's comcast or ffxiv. Comcast said everything is fine on there end so it would have to be ffxiv?
