Detailed steps on how the issue occurred.
After collecting 10 bloody boar tusks I placed the items on the correct spot at the mentioned coordinates, a portal appears, the instance portal however is unclickable, I can not finish the final phase of this quest. No error message was displayed, the instance portal is simply unclickable, I attached an image for clarification.
I have seen other players enter the portal with no problem (other races such as Lalafell and Hyur).

I resolved the issue by connecting my Xbox controller to the pc. This made it possible to click the portal and enter the instance to complete the quest, the bug for keyboard and mouse however is still relevant.
