Kyodai - Recruiting outgoing Officers.

That's right.

We're looking for people that want to take an active leadership role in our Free Company.
These days I'm more of a casual player and my interests aren't really in leading raids and such. Not to say I'm not interested in them, so we are looking for a few people that want to take on the role of a Raid Leader.

Some one that is in that mid/hard core mind set that enjoys leading people into content and working with others that are new to teach them the content.

We have several members that are geared for BCoB and CT but never seem to be able to get a FC team off the ground. I have little experience in being a Raid Leader and with my schedule I do not have the time to dedicate to it.
