Party Finder Issue

Why is it you are able to set an iLVL requirement higher than your own of of the current party makeup when you create the request? I don't believe you should be able to require that people be better geared then you are in order to join.

Not that it personally affects me as most of my jobs are iLVL 75+ that I use on a regular basis but I happen to check people out in person who put up absurd requirements that they themselves do not even meet. SE should cap what you can set the iLVL to match the lowest member currently in your group.

I've seen many people basically setting up others to carry them on the harder content and it's ridiculous that this is even allowed, a person earlier had an iLVL 80 requirement for Titan Hard that while I could join my friend who's cleared it many many times could not even come along to help this person so we didn't join.
