I abandoned the Garuda (Extreme) quest and cannot get it back :(

In a nutshell, I had a ton of leves built up in my journal log, and I started spam abandoning them. I accidentally abandoned the Garuda (extreme) quest while doing so. The problem is, I have no idea where to re acquire the quest and Square Enix support has only responded with a bullshit (sorry) response that has literally nothing to do with my problem.

The quest I am on is the one that is telling me to use the Duty Find to confront Garuda (extreme). It is the quest given to you after attuning. I have attuned, so I'm positive I can queue for it, but is there a follow up? Even so, I'm missing out on Gil and seals. I have gone to the attunement crystal to see if there's something there, but there's nothing. I've searched high and low at both the Waking Sands and Revenant's Toll, and I've gotten nothing!!! Anyone had a similar issue?
