FFXIV has stopped working error

So i just bought a new laptop and installed ffxiv, i'm just trying to get it running at the moment, bare graphics are fine but i keep getting the FFXIV has stopped working whenever i try to boot it up, i was looking around and i found that i should look in my event viewer but i have no idea what to look for.

Not sure what any of that means or if it will help to solve the problem, hopefully someone can help!

Please start the FFXIV Config application and copy the info listed when you choose System Information from the main window.

Most times this turns out to be the laptop running Intel HD graphics which are not capable of running the game.

Ah it looks like it is runming with Intel HD graphics...is there anyway i can buy a different graphic card and install it?

Generally Laptop video cards are one of those things that you are stuck with unless you are fairly knowledgeable about the inside of your laptop.
