Server Connection Lost

This is really starting to become quite irritating, as it's becoming more and more frequent. I'm playing on Zalera and I keep encountering the "Server Connection Lost" error message. I get kicked out, and sent to the main menu or the game (not the log in screen, the actual game menu screen). I'm not doing anything different or particularly strenuous on my computer. Although there are a lot of players in the area, I've been in many situations where there were either the same or even more active players. I'm just doing fates,and I'm not in a group. Is there any reason for this to be happening? Is there something that I can to do stop it?
