Items disappearing when attempting to mail.

On 29.Dec.2013 @approx. 1:45am PST, I tried to mail the following 5 items on the Zalera server from Daleria Duskweaver to Bunny Lumpkin:

HQ Mythril Choker
HQ Mythril Wristlets of Crafting
HQ Mythril Ring of Crafting X2
HQ Wolf Earrings

Daleria Duskweaver received the message that the items could not be sent (Bunny's mail was full). The items were not returned to my bag.

Daleria Duskweaver has tried logging in/out, changing zones and exiting the game and restarting. The items have not returned to her bags.

Bunny Lumpkin has not received the items. She did receive a message saying her mail was a mess and that items were returned.

Please advise as to what my next step should be and how I retrieve the missing items.

In order for me to submit your report, I will need some more information. You can go Here and you can find templates for Windows and PS3 that represent the kind of details we need. Once you can provide such information we can move forward and resolve this issue. For now I am going to move this thread into Insufficient Information. You will not be able to reply, so once you have gathered the requested data please create a new bug report thread.
