Cannot progress into duty: Level 15 Pugilist Quest "The Spirit Is Willing"

The Spirit is Willing - PUG Lv 15 Class Quest - Unable to enter duty

Area and coordinates: Central Thanalan - Blackbrush - 16X 20Y
Steps:
1. Accept Quest From Pugilist Guild
2. Teleport to Blackbrush
3. Obtain 5 frog legs, turn them in to NPC in Blackbrush.
4. Speak to three NPCs in Blackbrush, then fourth(guildmaster)
5. Go to "destination" flag on map. Clicking the destination marker brings up the level sync prompt, which when I click "proceed" simply blacks the screen out for a second before leaving me in Central Thanalan, NOT porting me into the duty.

I abandoned the quest, and restarted it in hopes that it would help, to no avail.
