Something should be done to Prevent Coil of Bahamut Trolling from happening!

Because of the Busy Holiday I was unable to do Coil this past week with my friends. I neglected to PUG it because sometimes they can be frustrating. Half of our Coil static decided maybe we shouldn't let this week go to waste, and Pug the other 4 members. I agreed to do it, after initially being hesitant.

We formed up and decided to use party finder for the remaining. One by one people joined. And after about an hr, the 8th and final member joined, A SCH named Kurapika Kurta from the Excalibur FC named "Archangel".

The PLD who joined in Duty FInder told us he was at Cad. So after the party was full they gave him party leader. The party received the warning message about someone on a higher turn. The Pld gave Kurapika the ldr, as he also said he too was on snakes, he should try.

What happens is as follows (Mind you, before the 8th member joined, I went to the kitchen to make a sandwich, and this is what I returned to.):

As you can see he intentionally set out to troll a group for coil. Knowing he had Turn 4 clear. Dropping them into Turn 5, then abandoning the group.

Ok... so by going against my better judgement and puging coil, we get trolled... ok whatever. It happened. This guy is an epic so and so. I will never party or doing any content with him in it. He has been reported, and hopefully something done about this player harassment. Don't get me started on the people who join Crystal Tower, get their loot, and then just abandon the instance. But after telling other people what happened, I find out that this has happened to people before. Where people think they are doing a lower turn, and someone trolls or mistakenly them into a higher turn.

Why can't there be a confirmation button when someone is about to take you into an instance? When the message is displayed that someone doesn't meet the requirement, why can't it specifically state who it is? Why can't it tell you what Turn they are truly on?

well it was the PLD mistake from 1st place

there is no further point in T1 after Cad

so if the PLD is at Cad and still not able to enter then 1 guy progressed to T2 or higher

but still the SCH is a troll

I've see it glitch before as well. Where it says someone doesn't meet the requirement. Then all of a sudden someone else is able to enter. So I don't blame the PLD for thinking it might have happened.

You do know that naming names is against forum rules, hence, you will get in trouble, and this will get deleted.

Had a similar thing happen to me this week, joined a PUG for T1 and after waiting like an hour for the pt to fill up, we had a member join, claim he was on Cad and ended up in turn 2. Reported him right away and the GM said if they find he did it on purpose, they would take action; In your case its clear he did it on purpose so you should report him. They really need some kind of prompt asking ppl if they want to enter before randomly taking them into different turns. Sorry this happened to your pt, i know exactly how frustrating it is, as Tank the items i want come from turn 1 so losing a turn really sucks.

This is a bannable offense. Report them and they will receive a temporary ban if its their first offense. Repeat offenders likely face more serious punishments. You have to be able to prove malicious intent though.

It's cool. I mean, reset is one day away, and we go back to the static. Just wanted to make sure this didn't happen to others as well. What a crappy thing to run around doing to people. But the systems know who can't gain entry. Instead of everyone spending time trying to find out who, why can't it just tell you?

An easy fix would be something like the DF confirmation screen but with what Turn that person is on so everyone has to agree before entering it. Suck for you guys though that he synced you guys to T5.
