Quest Bug: To Catch a Poacher

Monster Name: None

Steps:
-Clicking on "Empty Mead Bottles" does nothing.
-Troubleshooting Step Taken: Abandoned and restarted quest completely to meet the same problem.

Conclusion: Quest is broken. If not fixed I can never become a bard or learn level 30+ archer skills.

P.S. system used is PS3.
