Quest bug: Forged in Flame

Frequency: Every time quest is undertaken
World name: Odin
Character name: Bar Boron
NPC name: Narujj Boh
Target name: Heavy Arms Crate
Area and coordinates: Southern Thanalan (24, 24)

Steps:
1. Accept quest
2. Gather crates
3. Crate at specified location is impossible to obtain

This issue has now set me back by two daily quest allocations. I have noticed many other characters have run into the same issue.
