Request: Separate and shorten fireworks timers

I know this is minor, but would it be possible to separate the cooldown timer of fireworks (tracers and sparklers etc) from the potions?

Right now they are shared, so if you use a potion (say at the end of a boss fight) you then cannot use any fireworks for the next 5 minutes (like to celebrate after finishing the fight).

And speaking of the fireworks, can their own cooldown timer be shortened by just a few seconds? It seems unnecessarily long compared to v1.
