Have a way to blicklist not just the player, but ALL ACOUNT of that player?
I'm already annoyed with those gil vendors, I blacklist one and they guy just delet char and create a new one with my name there to send a PM again. >.<

No its per name only, I for one am grateful that we can just click the name now as before having to type DFISSL DFHJIIOAP over and over till you realize you misplaced 1 letter...
Gold "gil" sellers are probably the worst thing that ever happened to the MMO market and the sad part is, they must be making enough money to continue to purchase new accounts or hack accounts for that matter because hey...its all trusted safe and secure LOL
