Apparently there was too much going on the first time I did a duty with a party and could give a player commendation... I've received 2 or 3, but I don't know how to give them to other players? Help help lol

Apparently there was too much going on the first time I did a duty with a party and could give a player commendation... I've received 2 or 3, but I don't know how to give them to other players? Help help lol
You get a notice in the lower right corner, same way when the loot list is updated
It should be noted you can only give commendations if you enter solo. If you enter with a group of any size (even one other person) you cannot give commendations.
Also, you can only give them commendations if they're are present in the dungeon after the boss battle. Once they leave, you cannot commend them anymore. (I actually don't like this because sometimes the nice people are in a huge rush to go to the next quest)
