Sylph quest with FATE

I have been waiting an hour for this FATE to happen, and still not while writing this.
There are like over 50 people waiting here, and I am sure once it pop, it will disappeared within 5 sec.

Can you make the game playable for casual users?

This Sylph quest is some "daily job" and I think for casual users with only limited 1-2 hours play time per day, WOULD DEFINITELY NOT WANT TO WAIT ONE HOUR FOR THIS SHIT.

And on top of it, you are making people staring at the screen for an hour and cannot even DAMN GO TO THE WASHROOM.
What a stupid DESIGN, you people have brain?
