I have THM at 30 and ARC at 16, but when I try to accept the quest, the marker is red and it says I require ARC at level 15. Very frustrating. Sent in a bug report yesterday and still can't progress my character.

u got arcanist or archer to 15... blm needs archer
this is not a bug, all jobs require your class to be at 30 and a sub-class to be at 15, get your arc to 15 and you can unlock your blm quest
Yes archer to 15 make sure you do all the class quests on both classes then viola ^^
