Stats from Soul Crystal

Hey - Just wondering if anyone knows the actual effect that soul crystals have. Is there a static bonus? or is it percentage based?

Any insight would be great!

It's a flat +20 to your main stat from what I recall.

It's a static boost, and it applies to various stats (some of which are totally useless). The stat boost grows with each job quest completed.

//EDIT: For example, it adds +20 INT and +10 MND. Heck if I know why.

Its for the future where MAR has a Healing Job.

The MND boost is probably to boost the amount of HP restored via MRD/WAR's self-heals I guess.

That has no effect on MRD self healing since its all percentile based.

I really dont understand the Soul Crystals. =\
Can anyone explain how it works? I didnt found anything about it.
