Trading while bound to duty

Is trading while bound to duty not allowed? I assumed the group I was doing Dzemael Darkhold with was a roulette group, so I rolled on an item that I didn't need at the moment, only to find that one of the other members actually needed the item. When I went to trade the item to them I got the error message "Unable to execute command while bound to duty."

To answer your question: yes. You can't trade items with other party members while in dungeons.
