Ok I have both healers at 50 but I dont think it would be a good idea to share gear between them. What im asking is would it be best if I gear them differently, if its ok to share gear or just focus on 1 out of the 2?

No reason not to share gear. Build crit for sch - it's not very good for WHM, but then nothing is really that good for WHM.
Hi Ranzan,
This is only a white mage perspective, but it has been my preference to have that Piety to have around 4500+ MP. It helps enough with the passive MP regeneration that you should be able to breathe between Shroud of Saints without relying on Mage's Ballad.
So a Vortex Ring of Healing for instance that has no Piety is less appealing to me than an i90 healing ring with Piety. BUT if you happen to have i70 / i80 / i90 gear set that both can use, certainly share them until you have more options.
I main heal as a SCH, so naturally I built my gear around it. SCH's require a lot of crit because they are heavily reliant on getting that Adloquium critical hit off. Is it necessarily bad for a WHM? No. But here's the deal:
SCH: Uses heavy crit and has pretty low cast times on all skills aside from AoE which is a 2.5 sec cast, but is hardly used in most cases if healing with a WHM.
WHM: Could benefit more from PIE and SPS (Spell Speed). Reason being, most WHMs in long fights get pretty drained if they don't manage their healing and they have longer cast timers on their AoE Heals, which is their niche.
I personally stack very little SPS on my SCH because of shorter cast times and while my WHM suffers slightly from it, I have no issue sharing gear between the two.
