Bad customer support and refusing to restore more than 1 item each account EVER

My question is:
I misbought:
-Warwolf barbut of fending
-Warwolf cuirass of fending

and wanted to buy:
-Warwolf hat of casting
-Warwolf Robe of casting

You guys have a 1 time EVER restoration policy on items. Meaning u can do it, but refuse. While im sure theres a great reason for this i.e. not open the flood gates, this now, made sure i threw away almost 40 hours of farming something.

I understand i did a stupid thing, but 40 hours, for 5 minutes of u to fix this, seems a little bit not nice...

And also: So if im a 10 year square customer, i could still only recover 1 item. this is for me a very bad service and i would like to see this escalated.

in fact i had, according to request already deleted the items, but now they are looking to restore those... while they could in the same time restore the items i requested.. what kind of nonsense is this? you guys have too much time or something?

Shouldn't be mad at anyone but yourself. It's not that hard to read menu before pressing yes and you did it twice which is even worse...

Great you defend them. And its a stupid move ill admit. But still, a policy like that shouldnt even be in place and should be looked at at a case to case basis.
And yes i do get mad when 40 hours are lost, someone can assist but refuse.

And dude... please dont bother responding here, cuz i KNOW i did something stupid... but i would still not have my 40 hours worth of farming being thrown away in a game thats already extremely grindy.
