Missing Chocobo

Ever since 2.0 I haven't been able to use my chocobo whistle. When i signed in after patch the icon was still there but I was unable to summon the chocobo. The next day the icon was gone and there hasn't been any way for me to get it back. I've sent in 3 requests so far with no responses and it's been months. I've paid for the mage barding, got it in the mail, clicked use and now it's gone because I have no way of summoning that chocobo. I'm really frustrated with this and Square Enix hasn't helped once. :mad:

Just to make sure... Did you clear the lvl. 20 quest "My Little Chocobo"...? 'Cause if I got it right, you're legacy, and I thought that legacy players had to clear questa again regardless of level to obtain certain skills/abilities...

Not sure if our issues are related but I just cleared "My little chocobo". I received the whistle, put it on my hotbar, teleported to the east shroud and it was gone. hotbar had it grayed out and not in my inventory
