Pre-Order Bonus Items

The only code i was sent for my pre-order items was the code that looks like
XXXX-XXXXX-XXXX

This is because i pre-ordered the PS3 version to complement my PC version, however ultimatly i just played it on my PC, but I cannot register the code to get the items.

Do i have to install the PS3 client to make this work or what? I would really like to be able to get these items before the close of the year!

It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
