Graphical display bug when using Expanded Hold Controls of Cross hotbar

Steps:
Since 2.1, I have notices an issue wherin if I am using the Expanded Hold Controls of the Cross hotbar, if I change bars quickly, or use an action like Teleport on the LT + RT bar, I will get a white highlight that stays on the hotbar slot until I try and use a skill on that bar.

Easiest example, assign LT + RT + X to teleport, and then put a skill on LT + X. Activate teleport and notice the highlight doesn't go away.
