[suggestion] unable to set skill "guard" and "refill" freely?

hi, thanks for reading this dev team.

when we change job to GLA and ARC, "guard" and "refill" will auto set to first empty slot, and we CAN'T remove it, or reset it to a slot freely as we want. here is the problem.

1. player always like to set skill the way they want. unable to reset it? no thanks.
2. when we play a low rank job, there r many empty slot on first 10 slot. and then we change to high rank GLA or ARC, "guard" appear on the slot we don't want. player usually use macro to reset skill, BUT "guard" stay there, it wont be replaced by the skill we write on macro. we HAVE TO reset it again manually, that is really really annoying.
3. we change job too often, this problem will happen a lot.

please fix this. thank you very much!

now 1.18 come out, this still not been fix. im not a programmer, if this is very hard to set those skill freely, please forgive me. but in my opinion, this is really really really unreasonable to limit those two skill's setting.

if any1 have the same problem or like this change, please do "like" let SE hear our voice. thank you.

Actually, you can freely move skills such as 'Guard' and 'Refill' to wherever you please by using text commands. For example, to move 'Refill' to the very last action slot on the action bar (third row, last column) you would type in: /eaction 30 "Refill"
You can tie this to a macro as well. However, there needs to be a much, much easier way to do this that doesn't rely on text commands and makes is far more streamlined.

Yes, you can swap, but you can't remove. I know it's stupid but I want to be able to remove Refill and Guard. It would make macro arrangement easier. It's no different from having abilities that require a particular class to use. The only reason I can see as to why they don't work that way is because they don't have an easy way to tie these abilities to multiple kinds of weapons (IE - Refill will work with guns, so it's kind of cross-class, and Guard is the same way).

i feel after 1.18 this problem even get worse. pleas fix this SE.
