Jumping in PvP Causing Player to become Unattackable

Area and coordinates: Wolves' Den Arena

Problem: There is a game-breaking bug in arena right now where players who constantly jump become unattackable by melee and casters. This is allowing some players, whom may or may not be aware of the bug, have an unfair advantage in PvP. At the same time, this is an annoyance to the jumping players who like to jump for kiting/movement purposes, but do not wish to abuse this bug. Please allow jumping targets to become attackable to everyone and keep the arena a fair environment for everyone.
