Time: I forget, it was like at 6PM or something, on Dec 24th.
Frequency: Did not retry, for fear of losing more Allowances

Area and coordinates: Mor Dhona X31 Y13
Steps:
1. Levequest "Sucker Seer" Initiated at Level+4
2. Collected 7 nodes, requires 8 to complete
3. Unable to find the 8th Node as it is not showing up anywhere on my screen or on the mini map itself, inside or around the Green area of the Levequest - I searched all over and could not find it before time out.
4. Duty Failed with 7/8 Completed and some 40/32 fragments collected.
