The quest drowning out the voices is bugged on exodus. 4 out of 5 locations work just fine but the last one does not work at all. Clicking on it does nothing and when i try to use the item it immediately gets interrupted. I am not the only one with the issue as i have seen more threads on here about it and people in game with the issue.
