bug report feedback

Hello this is my feedback to my experience with the bug report section. I am currently dealing with an issue in game that i have had since beta phase 4 and has been accepted as a bug and even partially fixed. however even with the fact that this has been given to the higher up bug people or whatever they call themselves twice now no one has done anything about my issue thus making it impossible to do alot of things in the game such as levequests guildhests mining/crafting without going broke doing missions. Even the billing people's only response is well would you like to cancel your account til the issue is fixed?. if you want to see what i mean heres a link to the whole thing and all you have to do is follow the other links in those posts to see just how far back it goes.
