Party kick bug? [devs needed]

Hello!
Today I used Duty Finder to enter a main scenario dungeon.
Right after we entered, one of our two tanks (Tiny Tyna) went afk WHILE viewing a cutscene (if not clicking any dialogue line, CS won't end).
While in CS we couldn't kick her... all we've got was an "Unable to initiate vote dismiss while engaged in battle" message.

Now, don't be fooled by the topic's title: I don't know if it's a bug or simply you forgot that option, but...
Is it working as intended?
Is everyone satisfied with this?
I think its usefulness may be improved... do you?
